Numerous studies have worked to understand the push and pulls factors leading to Filipino nurse migration. This research seeks to add to the discourse by shedding light on questions and enabling us to understand what Filipino nurses go through, the decisions they make, and the road that they took on their way to migration overseas.

Managing turnover is about mindfully creating a workplace culture that supports high performers financially, intellectually, and psychologically while at the same time providing a means to efficiently and fairly weed out poor performers.
